You Are OK
Even when life feels chaotic and uncertain, you are OK. It may not always feel that way, but the strength that carried you through your hardest moments is still within you. You are doing better than you think, surviving, learning, and showing up in ways that matter, even if it’s just getting out of bed or taking a deep breath.
It’s OK to not have all the answers right now. It’s OK to feel tired, uncertain, or overwhelmed. Life doesn’t require perfection from you, only that you keep trying, even in small steps.
