About Method of Wellness

A space for renewal, emotional healing, and long‑term wellbeing.

My Story

Helping others has always come naturally to me. Even as a child, people would open up to me, greet me warmly, and share pieces of their lives without hesitation. I’ve always believed that when people feel safe around you, it’s a sign you’re meant to support them.

The moment that shaped my path happened years ago when I worked in a hospital. I spent time with patients who were isolated, overwhelmed, or unable to communicate easily. One patient in particular stayed with me, someone who had no visitors and very limited ability to express their needs. I would sit with him, offer comfort, and do my best to bridge the communication gap. When I learned he would soon be reunited with his family, just for the end of his life, it was jarring, It was heartbreaking, and it changed me.

I realized how vulnerable people can be when they’re alone, overwhelmed, or unheard. That day, I decided to return to my first love, psychology, and eventually found my true calling in social work. Today, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and every part of my work is rooted in that moment of compassion, connection, and purpose.

Who I Am as a Therapist

People who know me describe my energy as joyful, calm, safe, encouraging, and helpful. My clients often tell me they feel heard — sometimes for the first time in a long time.

My sessions are conversational, structured, and empowering. I guide with warmth, clarity, and steady support. When someone comes to me overwhelmed or anxious, the first thing I do is help them calm their body and mind. I lead them through grounding exercises or teach calming skills so they can breathe, settle, and feel safe.

From there, we move at a pace that honors their story, their needs, and their capacity.

My Values

The way I show up for clients is guided by:

Compassion

Every person deserves to be met with gentleness and understanding.

Respect

Your story, your pace, and your boundaries matter.

Integrity

I show up with honesty, consistency, and genuine care.

Encouragement

I believe in your ability to grow, heal, and rise.

Hope

No matter how heavy life feels, there is always a path forward.

What I Want for You

My deepest hope is that you leave our work together with:

  • Confidence
  • Self‑esteem
  • Self‑worth
  • Healing from the symptoms that weighed you down
  • The ability to validate and love yourself
  • The strength to thrive in your daily life

I want you to feel steady, capable, and connected to who you truly are.

What “Be Well” Means to Me

To me, being well means holding your head high and knowing you’re doing your best — even when life is hard, even when adversity shows up uninvited. It means having the inner tools to cope with challenges, trust yourself, and keep moving forward with resilience and dignity.

Being well isn’t perfection. It’s strength. It’s self‑respect. It’s the quiet confidence that you can face what comes.

Renew. Heal. Thrive. Be Well.

These four words guide everything I do:

Renew

Begin again, no matter where you’re starting from.

Heal

Release what hurts and reclaim your sense of self.

Thrive

Grow into clarity, confidence, and emotional steadiness.

Be Well

Live with resilience, self‑trust, and inner peace.
